I don't do take aways very often and I felt likei was so behind with the way you order your food , before you knew it a lovely lady by the name of Meera came to the rescue. She was very friendly, polite and professional. Meera was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for taking the time to come to see if we were OK
I don't like change as Mcdonald are inervators and are ever changing I can't keep up with it but it was a very pleasant surprise. We need more Meera's in the world blessings to you Meera. I'll be back😃

Staff here are incredibly polite and courteous, really lovely to their elderly customers as I've seen first hand.
Food was good too can't fault this mcdonalds, food and the customer service overall was also top tier

No dips or straws in my uber eats order again!! Seems to happen all the time. Phoned the restaurant and was basically told it doesn't matter because I didn't pay anything for the dips anyway even though my reciept clearly states I paid 10p per dip. Seems like putting dips and straws into a bag is a difficult task.

The new drive thru is something else to navigate, if you manage that you get often menus that are outdated and items not in stock, followed by a wait in the park up sometimes for orders as complex as coffee. Fast food it is not.
Update. 19/01/25
3 times recently I have been in for vanilla milkshakes, only to be told after surviving the gridlocked queues moving at a glacial pace, to be told they don't have them. So today ordered an americano and a cappuccino. I don't know what the cappuccino was, it bore no resemblance and looked like grey coffee, tepid and unpleasant. Won't be returning as that location is a consistent disappointment.

Ordered on the app. Two Big Mac Meals along with an Mayo Chicken. Came only with One Big Mac and Two Mayo Chicken. When rang up the phone was put down. Customer service no help and no answer. Finally went to the restaurant but the Manager was rude to say was shouting on the phone was very unapologetic of the mistake. Rude staff and a poor MacDonald service when things go wrong. The customer service have been designed to be non co operational and unaccountable.
